Laura's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic corporate matters and partnerships, capital market transactions & litigation.
​
Graduate of a Master II in General Private Law from Paris I Sorbonne and a graduate of SciencesPo Paris after an exchange with Mc Gill University, Laura is at the Paris Bar since 2010. She experienced several international business law firms before creating her own firm in 2012, focused on supporting businesses, both in advice and in business litigation.
​
With Julie, her friend for more than 15 years, they jointly founded the firm IMPALA AVOCATS in 2017.
​
Laura has also been a lecturer at Paris I Sorbonne in corporate law and civil liability since 2010. After having also taught at SciencesPo Paris in stock market and business litigation, she has become a partner of several institutions and provides workshops with the BPI, the Galion Project and other associations including Startup Tremplin 2021.
​
Julie and Laura were distinguished among the "Best Law Firms 2019 & 2020" in corporate law and new technologies by Le Point Magazine. Her working languages are French, English and Spanish.​

JULIE PROST

Julie's practise focuses on contracts & IP-IT matters.
Julie has been a lawyer since 2011 and has always evolved in the new technologies sector.
​
She has developed her expertise within Parisian business firms ( Hoche and Ayache Salama ) and innovative companies, thanks to his functions as legal manager of the Japanese cloud gaming pioneer (G-cluster), after a stint with the American leader in medical software (Cerner).
With Laura, her friend for over 15 years, they jointly founded Impala Avocats in 2017. Julie graduated with honors from a Master II Multimedia and Information Systems Law from Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg, in partnership with CEIPI.
Julie is also a lecturer at Paris I Sorbonne in civil liability, at the National Video Game Syndicate, at the National School of Gaming and Media, and at School 42, in addition to workshops with the BPI and the Galion Project . She is an expert in Artificial Intelligence and is regularly called upon by government authorities for her expertise. Her working languages are French and English.
